It is with great sadness that I must bring you the news that Jerry Collins, retired NBA, passed away Monday night.  

Jerry was a mentor and special friend to so many of us who have dedicated our working life to the union.  He was a strong representative and a fierce advocate for members of the APWU.

He will be missed greatly and we want to extend our most heartfelt sympathy to his family.  Rest in peace.
