THE BIG BOYS WILL PLAY!!

The brass at Postal Service headquarters is going ahead with a planned $2.2 million conference in San Francisco even though it is near bankruptcy.  Postal executives who attend this meeting will enjoy a golf outing, a taste of San Francisco dinner and a disco dance.

Several members of Congress don't think this is a good idea in light of the financial problems facing the USPS.  They question the motive and intent of this meeting. 

Apparently, postal bigwigs think it is just fine to slash jobs, close post offices, excess people all over the country - just don't ask them to participate in the austerity program!!!
