The APWU has been informed by the USPS that it will not meet the deadline for payment in the $56 million portion of the Global Settlmenet.  By the agreement, the Postal Service was to have issued all eligible employees their payment by the end of this year.

Management said that due to a "computer glitch" they will not be able to pay everyone on time.  No date has been provided for the final payments.  

This is typical postal management bull....!  

The APWU will announce the new pay date as soon as it is received from the Postal Service.
